I was online tonight and looking for support to lose weight. I bought some good protein. Plan to have protein drinks for breakfast, lunch, and snacks. For dinner I'll have a normal balanced meal. Want to do 2000 calories a day. Right now I'm 305 lbs., as of Nov. 7th, 2016. I want to get to 180 lbs..
