Hi. My plan is to have protein drinks for breakfast and lunch, about 300 calories per drink. Then a few snacks like yogurt or nuts. For dinner have a normal balanced meal of about 800-1000 calories. Not to go over 2000 calories per day. I'm 305 and want to get to 180. Any thoughts or comments?
