Almost 200 lbs lost but feeling like it won't end
I've lost between 195 and 200 lbs in the last 19.5 months, and gained quite a bit of muscle since I started exercising 7.5 months ago. I'm at about 210 lbs now, at 5'10" and 36 years old (male).
