Been doing the 1200 net calories just counting my steps as excercize the last 3 weeks, about a day per week I would be over but not by much but haven't had any change in clothes fit or the scale so I'm trying to figure out what's next to adjust to get some kind of results even if it is small... is the lowered calories…

Love doing weight machines, but I hear walking is supposedly a better starting point for my main goal of weight loss. I have a not so agreeable hip, for long walks or jogs so will I still get the same benefits of exercise?
