I'm a middle age mom who looking for like-minded friends to (re)start my MFP journey! would love motivation to help me get lean and fit for a couple upcoming milestones. Fitness-wise, I love to hike, run and do yoga. Food-wise, I have never met a carb I haven't liked.

Do you "eat" your calories earned with exercise?
When I first started MFP, I stayed within the original calorie allotment and lost about 6 pounds in a couple of weeks. But as the weeks passed, I have increased my calories based on what extras are given to me via exercise. Not only did I not lose weight, I even gained a little (depending on the day). So, my question is,…
