So for several weeks I been working out. I definitely have not ate perfect. At the same time frustrated I could not even lose a pound. So I just joined this app. Tracking my calories has me thinking I may not be eating enough. Afraid to eat more. Anyone ever had success eating more based on this app?
Have struggled with my weight all my life. Had a breakthrough in my late 20s and was the best shape on my life.
