Seeking a lifting buddy near or within 1 hr of West Chester, Pa. Tired of going it alone as my 40 to 50 yr old girlfriends dont lift. Prefer someone who knows how to powerlift but open to using all different kinds of weights etc YMCA membership a plus but not necessary.

Newbie Here from PA
Newbie here and thought Id take a min to introduce myself. Im 46 yrs old and started on this path last year. I was introduced to powerlifting and this App and its helped me tremendously. Down 45 lbs since last Feb and still trying to make adjustments and gains. Addicted now to this lifestyle change.
