Down 7 pound in 2 days (mostly glycogen)
Started my yearly cut finished my bulk 4 1/2 mouths. My 1st week is always the water but feeling great not bloting and feel more comfortable. Im on 2700kcal a day 40% carbs 40% protein 20%fat I train 5 days a week one body part a day. No cardio at the moment untill I hit a Plato.
