Please help...not losing weight...
Hi...I'm a 36 yo 5"4 female at 145 lbs, trying to get to 120. I cut out all sugar and most carbs 3 weeks ago and have followed the 21 Day Fix exercise plan on top of getting 10k steps 5 days a week at work. I started at 151...dropped the first week to 145 and today was back to 147! I have kept between 800 and 1200 calories…
