Serious help needed with losing weight
Hi guys I'm 23 and currently weighing way to much! 14st 11 I've just started a new job & haven't felt so conscious and such a long time every body that works here is very slim and fit and I feel like a sack of potatoes . I need people that can motivate me and keep me accountable. Something's got to give :'(
