Thyroid and loosing fat???
Hello there...I just found out that I have thyroid (the one that you gain weight etc...) and my metbolism is really really low 1226.. I am working out 4-5 times per week and try to eat about 1.200 to lose weight... but most of the times I feel so tired and my body fat % doesn't get lower.. Any help?? Do you know anything…

Some help...being off track for 3 weeks
Hello, I am a university student. I started my journey at the beggining of December , but now I have exams and I am off gym for two weeks now and I have one more to finish with them . Do you think that these 3 weeks will change a lot my performance and all that in the gym... and my body?
