I’m back after 6 months “off”! I’m really looking at getting rid of this bottom stomach part. I do kick boxing and strength training but haven’t really seen any lose there. Anyways, I’m Becca! 😊
How often do you take progress pictures? I’m going to start working out and when I do this, I don’t lose any pounds but I know I lose inches. Pictures are going to be crucial for me not to give up since the scale won’t move much. Every 5 weeks?

Why is it that “getting started” is the hardest part. Once I’m in my gym routine, I’m great but I can’t get my assssss moving....literally. Send help
