I need to lose about 15 pounds to feel comfortable with myself. My trouble is that I can't find a "why" that motivates me. It used to be to get attention from guys...but I've been married for 8 years. I am not considered overweight so health concerns aren't motivating either. Any suggestions???
I am trying to wean myself off of peanut butter toast for breakfast. Any suggestions that do not contain eggs? No oatmeal please! :)
