Hi, so I'm 5'9", 219lbs with ~25% body fat. I've been working out since may 2016. I'm on 2450 cal, 243P,243C,55F diet. I just started pre packing my meals. I lift 5 days a week and do the elliptical 5 days for 25-30 mins or 400 calories burned. I'm open to advice and use MyFitnessPal pal like a teenager on snapchat.
