High Protein Low Carbs Snack or Meal
Get a muffin tin, spray lightly with PAM, put 4 or 5 baby spinach leafs, a tablespoon of minced Roma tomatoes and pour egg whites over them, lightly salt and pepper and bake at 350 for 15 minutes/ Then just pop out and wrap and freeze them and eat as desired around 46 calories each one is a great snack!
