Hello, so I have an addiction to sugar. It's just getting out of hand. I'd lose more weight if I just didn't consume sweet foods! So today I got a 5 week to sugar free book (davina McCall). Anyone else doing or done this? Anyone want to start? Join me in this journey?
I'm a little confused. Last week I my calorie limit was 1200, now it's suddenly gone up to 1500. Anyone know why?
