New to all this been at gym for almost a year now. Friends n family telling me charged but I don't see it. Just joined this app for the nutrition side. Eat loads n not rubbish propa meals. Hi new to this app only had it few days Bulk mode activated wanna get bigger Goal is over 3000cal a day. Thought that be easy. Ye its not lol. At gym 4/5 times a week. Been doing gym about year now not seen much change hense the app try sort diet ok also. Feel free add me on here. Always cool get help n encouragement
