I am starting an 8 week bikini body challenge with hope of changing my body and winning a trip to Texas and the cash prize. I would like a gym body to keep me motivated and competitive. If interested and in the area my time starts Monday 14th May to end July 8th 2018.
I am asthmatic and as such fear cardio but need it to get my ideal body ( lean and ripped). I also am not very fit and acrobats are a no no but need those yoga posses for workouts like pull ups or body weight type exercises. Any tips?
