Hi I know it’s a long shot but I’m in a speech class and need to do a speech over zoom tonight. It’s a major part of my grade and only need 5 people to help. Let me know if you’re willing to help. It’ll be in about an hour or so and take only 5-10 minutes.

Working Night Shift
So I have been on nights for a few months now and am having trouble maintaining a consistent schedule as far as meal prepping and hitting the gym. Does anyone have any tips or tricks they use while on nights? Also do you reset your MFP at midnight or log everything you eat that night for the previous day?

Pre-Workout Question
Sorry, I didn't really know where to post this. I opened my preworkout container today and it was rock solid. I hardly ever use it so that probably has something to do with it. My question is is that normal and if I did get it unclumped would it still be ok to use?
