Needing to lose 136 pounds, any tips?
Im 25, 5'0, and needing to lose 136 pounds. My Dr told me to stay within 1500-2000 calories per day with lots of water. However, she also told me I needed to aim for around 126 grams of protein so I wouldnt lose a lot of muscle.
