Best mobile fitness applications
So by the time I leave for work it's dark and by the time I get home it's dark so at the moment I'm focusing on what exercises I can do at home. At the moment I have the 30 day fitness challenge and the 7 minute work out. Focusing on losing weight, can anyone recommend any other good apps or what they use ?

Calories or protein focus ?
All my friends have been telling me the higher the protein the better and to not cut calorie intake, what they are saying makes some sense however I feel I need more portion control - is this unhealthy or should I be focusing more on calorie intake??

Fitness friends!
Am looking to share recipes, workout routines etc. I'm motivated however I want to make it more fun and chat about what I'm doing as no one around me is dieting !! Too self conscious to go slimming world. I'd also love to hear about everyone else's achievements as I find that motivating too. Anyone else ?
