Carbohydrates Simple Questions
Might seem like a stupid set of questions, but: 1) My Aldi Porridge Oats nutritional info tells me to make it up with 180ml of Semi Skimmed Milk. Does this mean the nutritional info on the packet are the values when made up with 180ml of Milk? Or do I need to count the Calories for 180ml of Milk too? 2) When recipes state…
