Max heart rate and average while exercising
Hi, I'm 28, 83kg, 177cm and calculated my max heart rate to be 188-190. During regular bodyweight training my HR shoots up to 180-190 and that's not pushing as hard as i could. Today I went for a 7km run (5:30min/km) and my average HR was 172. At one point it actually hit 189. Is this something i should worry about? I feel…
