Been a while since I've been on here. Looking for positive support and to give the same. It can be hard at times going through this process of getting fit but we have to remember everyone has their struggles but all you need to do is stay positive and keep your head up.. We got this

Hello. I was on here last year for a spell and lost 20# but unfortunately gained most of it back when I went on hiatus for a bit due to personal life events. Good news is that I'm back and am looking for positive support and I'll give the same.
