I'm about to start Focus T25 on Monday 3/6 would love to make some new friends for motivation..anyone else doing any of the Shaun T workouts? I did Cize for 5 weeks and have been tracking and counting my calorie intake through this app, I lost 14 pound...only 35 more to go!!!!!!!! :wink:
I'm new to the whole counting calories and tracking calories burn when I'm working out. But if I'm on a 1200 calorie diet and I burn 600 calories. What does that mean? Can I eat more? What happens if I don't?
