Newbie
Started a Biggest Loser competition at my gym. Have had 4 knee surgeries in past 5 years, as a career firefighter. Last one this past October. Gained 20 pounds like nothing. So far 2 weeks down and lost about 7 pounds and several inches. Love this tool, 10 weeks to go. Good luck to everyone.
