I use cast iron skillets, so I need an oil that won't turn rancid when cooking. Olive and grapeseed oils tend to be high in calories. What does everyone else use even if not cooking with cast iron?
Today I didn't go to the gym because it is about that time of the month. I have no energy, and I wanted to eat everything in sight. Disgusted with myself today. What helps with cravings? Do you force yourself to workout or allow yourself the break?
I have both along with hypothyroid and lots of vitamin deficiencies. Anyone with Celiac or Alpha Gal that has advice or tips?
