Hello :smiley: I had been using fitbit to track my food / activity. I still use fitbit to track my activity but decided on the advice from a friend to start tracking my diet via MyFitnessPal (thank you bar code scanner). I am learning a lot and following some really good Youtube channels on meal planning.
