In the 10 stone bracket for the first time in 5 years
I have gone from 13stone 6 to 10.13 since the end of September after having 4 babies in 5 years I’m ready to get rid of the flabby mom belly and look after myself. I’m still not at goal weight or happy with the way my body looks but for now I’m at a big milestone
