Here we are March 6th, I think I finally at the end of my cold. Still waking up with headaches, going have to see the dr. one of these days. out of 3 days, 2 of those days were no so good, so today I decided to stop feeling sorry for myself, so I had a good day, all day and went for a 4 km. walk , it was nice out, still suffering from a cold, but I went anyway, and tomorrow, I going to get up early and try again. I'm going to do this again. :)

Well not too bad this week, joined a Tops group last week, looking to lose 30 lbs, lost 50 on my own. hopefully 4 of those 30 are gone forever, but as we all know, that is not always the case, but here goes. So not too bad for a 60 year old :blush:
