Omg....I just want to say I hate being fat. I'm tired of it. I went from super skinny to super obese in 4 years. Now the struggle to eat right and work out just doesn't seem to be as joyful as it use to be. My goal is to get healthy again...I'm just wondering if anyone else feels the same sometimes...you eat and excercise…

Late night craving
I have been trying hard at the eating clean and trying to lose weight. I do really good all morning and afternoon..but once 5 pm rolls along, I just seem to blow it and over eat. Such as 3 yogurt or tacos..etc... anyone have any suggestions how to keep away from the late night snacking after dinner???

What are some suggestions when working long office hours to keep up energy.How does one maintain the focus and energy to keep working without cheating on diet?
