Newbie here
Hello everyone. Just bought a garmin vivofit and downloaded all these apps. It took me 5 years to lose 60 lbs from weight watchers then last November as a result of change in meds gained 20 lbs. I'm taking a few months from weight watchers to see if I can pinpoint what is going on. Til then nice to meet everyone. Blessings…
