I was on here a while back, and was doing great. While I’m not sure what exactly happened, I wound up deleting the app ( I think it was due to phone data storage issues?) and lost one of the ways I was keeping myself accountable. Long story short, I gained roughly 30 pounds, and am now trying to make them disappear again.

How is your journey going?
Since I have (rather obsessively) started counting calories and workouts, I find that I have had some success so far. As a background, I have been big for a bit, and can boast of a resting metabolic rate in the 1400s (average is 1700s and up), so this is definitely a journey. How had it gone for you all?
