Getting back to it
5 weeks post baby and trying to get back to it. It was super slow, but I did it! When I started on January 2nd, I could barely do 2.5 miles an hour for 5 minutes at a time. Now I’m walking 3 mph, and doing a very slow jog/brisk walk at 3.5, 15 minutes at a time. Trying to work back up to my 5 miles a day! Keep going,…
