New and looking for motivation!
Hello! I'm 5'2" 121 lbs and looking at losing 10lbs then staying fit from there. Although many would say I shouldn't or don't "need" to diet/lose weight, i'm doing it more for heath reasons as recently I've had high BP and always been hypoglycemic.
