Eat before or after workout??
Is it better to eat before and after a workout, before only, after only? Lately I've been eating something small or doing half a protein shake before I workout just so I have something in my stomach (workouts are in the AM) and then I eat my "real" breakfast afterwards. But I'm not sure how the best way to go about it is.…

Workout the fat but the fat won't let me! HELP!
So I'm overweight and due to this I find walking for more than a few minutes painful to my left foot (plantar fasciitis) and my lower back (tightens up due to belly fat). I'm an F word trying to be a S/T word
It would seem that "fatty" and "skinny"/"Thin" are both relative terms in this day and age. I am shooting for something in between those two terms. What's the word? Oh yeah... healthy.
