Hello - I’m back again in my middle age. I’ve tried yet another fad diet, where you lose 1 lb. a day, which is great, but it’s impossible for me to maintain, and I end up just gaining even more weight than I lost. I’m also ALWAYS tired. So I’m trying to keep it simple. No weird ingredients! I hope this works!
Every time WW changes their plan, I gain weight. I'm now the biggest I've ever been without a pregnancy- and thought the calorie approach would be simpler. Any suggestions for a newbie?
