So I've been here on and off for a good while.. 34lb down by using this app only..I do like to nose at diaries, looking for motivational others to give me a kick up the backside.. I've been pretty quiet, however I need to at least give myself a head start just before Christmas 😂 🎄
Recently gone back to the gym without a PT, decided that I could probably do it on my own, looking for ladies who are weight lifting for some advice 🤗
