I'm looking for suggestions on different exercises to help flatten my stomach area but without burning too much calories. I'm 5'3 and around 110lbs so not trying to drop anymore lbs but this damn stomach won't go away. (have had 2 C-sections) I feel like I've tried everything. [/i][/i]
Is anyone else worried about sticking with their diet with Easter approaching?
