How to lose 16lbs fat in 8 weeks??
Any tips on how to lose 16lbs fat in 8 weeks? Current macros 40% protein, 35% carbs, 25% fat= 1500 cals. I have already cut from 1800 to 1500, showing veryyy slow progress.. 2lbs in 6 weeks!
