Does anyone eat their exercise calories while losing? Do you eat a certain amount? If you eat them do you track them manually or use a fitness tracker synced (like a Fitbit)!
I am coming from Weight Watchers and I loved the aspect of having a high day were I used my weeklies on Saturday and staying "good" and in my points during the week.
