Plateaued challenge
What do you do to kick the plateaus? Break the plateau by the end of April. Started March 2017 - 153 Immediate goal: 4-6 pounds by May 10th. Today 147.4 Ultimate goal is 135 by June 20th. I'm going to eat cleaner and go to the gym everyday. What are you going to do? I'd love to hear how you break the plateau blues!!
