I had a thread on here about how I hadn't been eating enough (700 calories), but the weird thing was, for the last 3 days I have been eating a 1200 calorie minimum and I have been STARVING. Any reason I am more hungry? Edited to add, I weigh 60kg and am 5'3
I lost weight eating maybe 700-900 calories a day, I wasn't intentionally eating that much, I was just depressed and eating very little. I don't want to lose anymore weight though and am wondering the best way to increase to maintenance calories without just gaining a lot of weight. I am female, 60kg and 160cm (5'3)
