I have inflammation in/around my spine ans the doctor told me to go dairy-free and Low to no pasta, bread, or rice since they are natural inflammatory agents.. i can deal without the breads mostly.. but the dairy is so hard. Everything has some type of dairy.. does anyone have any recipes?
I am a wake up and decide to go to the gym at random type of person. I go for a few days, then stop. I feel intimated when I step inside. It's very aggravating when you know where you want to be, but always put yourself down and give up.
Any other hardcore couponers out there? Does anyone want to learn?
It's hard for me to motivate myself to work out.. just looking for fellow healthy goal oriented friends
