So close!
Last year I had an amazing baby boy and am so lucky to have a sweet healthy son. I went a little crazy with food while I was pregnant and gained 55 pounds (they recommended gaining 25-35). Stuck in a rutt
I stared on Weight Watchers in January and was very successful- I'm down 25 lbs!! Now the scale is not moving. Any advice? 5 ft. 3 SW (January 1): 163 CW: 138 Goal: 125 I'm eating about 1,500 calories a day and walking a LOT- usually between 15,000 and 17,000 steps a day. I do weights every day during the week.
