Heyy.. So I am new to using this app.. I am 34 yrs old and my metabolism has slowed a cpl of yrs ago. Used to weighing 135lbs and now I will be happy to just get fown to 150lbs from 176lbs :( its hard when you were used to eating whatever & now struggling to lose weight from a piece of bread :/ Really hoping to stick this…

Hey all! So I am just starting out... Again.. For the millionth time lol! Anyway I usually can last a week before my old habits begin to form up and surface again: ig. Slack on working out, eating fast & quick - so fast food :( & then I'm always right bk to where I started overweight in front of tv wishing for motivation…
