toning after weight loss
I have just lost 75 lbs and am 7 lbs from my goal weight. I have some left over chub/skin on my arms and tummy. What body weight exercises are best for toning up? I don't have access to a gym or weights, so I'm looking for things I can do at home. I'm doing push-ups and bycicle sit ups, as well as some cardio. Any advice?
