Calorie Help
I weigh 190 and 5'9". I'm on my feet all day at work and hit the treadmill or elliptical everyday for 1/2 hour. Typically I hit 30000+ steps. I ate very unhealthy and use to drink a six pack a day. Trying for a new turnaround in life. I'm trying to be around 1200 calories. Is this a good calorie set point? Any ideas are…
