Hi, I'm 33M/1.83m/220lb. I have lost 103lb in 11 months using a diet and a cardio regimen. I am targeting to be another 20lb lighter and tone up as well. Height: 1.83m Weight: Feb 15, 2017: 323lb July 15, 2017: 253lb Jan 15, 2018: 217lb Diet for the first 3 months. Cardio from month 4. Methods: Calorie deficit. Calorie tracking (both intake and expenditure). TDEE. Favorite cardio: Recumbent bike.

Hi, I'm a 33 year old, 1.83m guy. Started my latest fitness journey in Feb 2017, when I was over 320lb. I've lost over 100lb in 11 months, using both dieting and cardio. I've slowed down in the last 3 odd months. Looking to lose another 20lb. Keen on changing tack and taking up weight training.
