I’m so happy I finally jogged a mile within 13 minutes without stopping. I know it’s not much to some, but it was a milestone to me as I couldn’t even jog a for a minute 3 months ago.

My calorie goal is 1,780 & I usually burn 400 just with my daily evening workouts. On the Macro scale I never reach my protein goal. Needing suggestions on high protein foods. Thank you!!!
