What burns more fat Cardio or strength training?
I have been going to the gym for the past two weeks, at first the trainer asked me to do an hour of cardio every day but now ,He makes me to the weight so I don’t know if doing weights are more effective than the cardio Im loosing my mind on this.

Due to a tight schedule im finding it Difficult to do both cardio and weights. What is more helpful? Cardio or weight training. What should i do? Try to fit in cardio more or Weight training more?

Am i going to loose weight?
Im 22 and the following are my daily gym routine. Please recommend suggestions of im doing something wrong. Gym 15 min of treadmill 15 min cycling 15 min Elliptical machine 30 min of weight training Diet Im now following a 1950 calorie diet. What should I do more to loose weight. Or is there something im doing wrong
